The Tampa Bay Buccaneers officially re-signed DEÂ Will Clarke on Thursday.
Clarke, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Bengals back in 2014. He was in the final year of his four-year, $2,820,380 contract and set to make a base salary of $700,000 when the Bengals elected to cut him loose last year as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.
The Buccaneers later signed him to a contract at the start of the season.
In 2017, Clarke appeared in 15 games for the Buccaneers and recorded 15 tackles, 2.5 sacks, a fumble recovery and a pass defense. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 84 edge rusher out of 106 qualifying players.
