The Arizona Cardinals officially promoted TE Jordan Thomas from their practice squad to the active roster.
Thomas, 24, is a former sixth-round pick of the Texans back in 2018. He was entering the third year of his four-year, $2.6 million rookie contract when Houston released him coming out of training camp.
Arizona signed Thomas to their practice squad after he was cut from the Texans. They activated him from their taxi squad a few days ago.
In 2019, Thomas appeared in five games and recorded one reception for eight yards and no touchdowns.
