The Arizona Cardinals announced Tuesday that they’ve released LB Ramik Wilson.
Wilson, 27, is a former fourth-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2015. He was waived at the start of the 2016 season but later added to the Chiefs’ practice squad before eventually being called up a month later.
The Chiefs declined to tender Wilson a restricted offer in 2018, making him an unrestricted free agent. He signed with the Rams on a one-year deal worth $750,000. Wilson signed with the Jaguars this past offseason only to be released coming out of the preseason.
Wilson signed on with the Cardinals a few weeks ago.
In 2018, Wilson appeared in all 16 games for the Rams and recorded 35 tackles, one force fumble, one recovery and two pass defenses.
