The Arizona Cardinals announced Thursday that they’ve placed Cย Max Tuerk on waivers.
Tuerk, 24, is a former third-round pick of the Chargers back in 2016. He was in the second year of his four-year, $3.57 million contract and set to make base salaries of $613,000 and $760,000 over the next two years when the Chargers waived last year.
Los Angeles re-signed him to their practice squad a few weeks later but the Cardinals elected to sign Tuerk to their active roster in November and he finished out the year in Arizona.
In 2017, Tuerk was active for one game.
