According to Howard Balzer, Chargers DT Tenny Palepoi has been reinstated from the reserve/suspended list.
Prior to Week 1, Palepoi had one game remaining on a four-game suspension prior for a PED violation from back in 2016.
Palepoi, 25, signed on with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Utah back in 2014. He played out the final year of a three-year, $1.543 million rookie contract andย had been testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent after the Chargers declined to tender him a contract as a restricted free agent.
Palepoi, unfortunately, missed the entire 2015 season after sustaining a broken foot during the preseason.
In 2016, Palepoi appeared in 13 games for the Chargers and recorded 13 total tackles and one fumble recovery.
