ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that WR Eddie Royal is undergoing a physical in San Diego which suggests that a deal is on the way.
Schefter adds that former Eagles WR Steve Smith is also undergoing a physical of his own in St Louis so he could be under contract in the near future.

John Keim of the Washington Examiner’s reports the Redskins are “not out of the race” for WR Eddie Royal, but adds that the Chargers are making a “big push” to sign him.
Last night, reports mentioned that the Chargers have a great shot of signing him to contract so a deal could be coming in the near future.

l like the idea of Steve Smith going to St. Louis, you add him to what they have and you’ve got an entire WR Corp w/ serious injury history…but really, IF he gets back to being healthy (and that will put him 2 years removed from his injury), he could be a nice addition and fit in nicely as they still need to draft AT LEAST one more stud WR.
