Much to the dismay of Chargers fans, reports are coming in that the San Diego Chargers will keep Norv Turner and GM A.J. Smith in place for the 2012 season.
The teams second-half turnaround was enough to force owner Dean Spanos to consider keeping both men despite another disappointing season. Still, the Chargers finished in a three way tie for the AFC West title despite not making the playoffs. It’s safe to assume that missing playoffs next season will result in both of them getting fired.
