Chargers WR Vincent Brown Returning In Week 9?

Kevin Acee of the Union-Tribune tweets that he expects Chargers WR Vincent Brown to return to practice next week and could even be available to play in Week 9’s matchup.

Brown suffered a broken left ankle at the start of the season and was subsequently place on the injured reserve list with the designation to return later in the season. He’s eligible to return in Week 7, but ensuring that his ankle is fully healed is probably best idea.

Brown looked like he was in line for a breakout season, even despite the fact that the Chargers spent a lot of money on Robert Meachem and Eddie Royal. We’ll have more info in the coming weeks regarding his return.
