The Kansas City Chiefs are waiving QB T.J. Linta with an injury settlement on Tuesday, according to Adam Caplan.
Caplan mentions that Linta has been dealing with an ankle injury.
Linta wound up going undrafted out of Wagner last month. He agreed to a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Chiefs.
During his college career at Brown and Wagner, Linta threw for 3,875 yards while completing 51.2 percent of his passes to go along with 27 touchdowns and 19 interceptions over the course of four seasons and 30 games.
