Colts RB Marlon Mack suffered a right fractured hand during Sunday’s game against the Jaguars, according to Ian Rapoport.
Mack is scheduled to visit with specialists early this week to determine the severity of his injury, but Rapoport says the expectation is that he will miss at least Week 12.
Mack was putting together an impressive game before suffering the injury and quickly being ruled out soon after.
Jonathan Williams replaced Mack with Jordan Wilkins sidelined for the game.
Mack, 23, is a former fourth-round pick of the Colts back in 2017. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2.81 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $645,000 and $735,000 over the final two years of the agreement.
Entering today’s game, Mack had appeared in nine games for the Colts and rushed for 753 yards on 178 carries (4.2 YPC) to go along with 12 receptions for 76 yards receiving and three touchdowns.
We’ll have more regarding Mack as the news is available.
