Harold, 25, is a former third-round pick of the 49ers back in 2015. He was traded to the Lions last year for a conditional seventh-round pick in 2020 NFL Draft.
Harold played out the final year of his four-year, $3.071 million contract before agreeing to a one-year contract with the Bills in April. Buffalo later traded him to the Eagles in exchange for OL Ryan Bates back in August, but Philadelphia wound up waiving him during their final roster cuts.
In 2018, Harold appeared in 13 games for the Lions and recorded 10 tackles, four sacks and a pass defense.
Moore, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Giants back in 2013. He lasted over two years in New York before he was waived in December of last year.
Since then, Moore has played for several teams including the Dolphins, Raiders, Seahawks and Cowboys before returning to Oakland. The Raiders cut him loose last year and he eventually signed on with the 49ers back in April.
San Francisco wound up released him coming out of the preseason.
In 2018, Moore appeared in three games for the Cowboys and recorded five tackles and no sacks.
