Dolphins Among “Several” Interested In P Marquette King

UPDATE: Per Vic Carucci, the Bills have “no interest whatsoever” in signing P Marquette King

According to Adam Schefter, several teams have expressed interest in free agent punter Marquette King, including the Bills and Dolphins.

King was released by the Broncos last year after being placed on injured reserve partially through the season.

King, 29, originally signed by the Raiders as an undrafted free agent of Fort Valley State back in 2012. He was in the third year of his five-year, $16.5 million contract that included $7.75 million guaranteed when the Raiders cut him loose during the offseason.

King later signed a three-year, $7 million contract with the Broncos.

In 2018, King appeared in four games for the Broncos and totaled 814 punt yards on 20 attempts and one touchback.
