The Miami Dolphins placed WR Travis Rudolph on the practice squad injured on Thursday and signed WR Malcolm Lewis to the unit.

Rudolph just signed on to the Dolphins practice squad Wednesday, but suffered an injury during his first practice squad.
Rudolph, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Florida State back in May of last year. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract when the Giants cut him loose coming out of the preseason last year.
The Giants later signed Rudolph to their practice squad before eventually promoting him to their active roster. Unfortunately, New York waived him at the start of the regular season.
In 2017, Rudolph appeared in seven games for the Giants and caught eight passes for 101 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
