Eagles Activate DE Vinny Curry & S Will Parks From IR, Promote Two

The Philadelphia Eagles announced that they have activated DE Vinny Curry and S Will Parks from the injured reserve to the active roster.

The Eagles also promoted TE Jason Croom and DB Elijah Riley from the practice squad to their active roster.

Curry, 32, is a former second-round pick of the Eagles back in 2012. He signed a five-year, $47.25 million contract that included $23 million guaranteed with the Eagles back in 2016 but was in March of 2018.

The Buccaneers later signed Curry to a three-year deal for up to $27 million in 2018 but was cut loose after one season. He signed a one-year, $2.25 deal with Philadelphia last offseason and re-signed on another one-year deal this August.

Philadelphia placed Curry on the injured reserve back in September and opened his window to officially return last week.

So far this season, Curry appeared in one game and recorded three total tackles and half a sack.
