Eagles Sign DT Albert Huggins To Practice Squad, Release DT Kevin Wilkins

The Eagles announced they have signed DT Albert Huggins to the practice squad and released DT Kevin Wilkins in a corresponding move Tuesday. 

Here’s an updated look at Philadelphia’s practice squad:

Huggins, 22, signed with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Clemson following the 2019 NFL Draft. He was waived by Houston coming out of the preseason and re-signed to the practice squad. 

The Eagles signed Huggins off of Houston’s practice squad before waiving him in November. Huggins was briefly signed by the Patriots before being waived again a few days ago. 

In 2019, Huggins has appeared in four games for the Eagles and recorded three total tackles.
