Grayson had generated a decent amount of interest the past few months, as he tried out for the Patriots, Redskins, Bills, Bears, Falcons and Lions.
Grayson, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Saints back in 2015. He managed to make the 53-man roster during his rookie season but wound up being among the team’s final roster cuts coming out of the preseason.
The Saints later signed him to their practice squad at the start of the regular season. New Orleans signed him to a futures deal back in January but decided to cut him loose as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.
In 2015, Grayson was active for one game for the Saints.
