Falcons Signing Veteran WR Lance Moore

Pro Football Talk is reporting that the Falcons are signing veteran WR Lance Moore to a contract on Friday.

This comes just a few days after Moore worked out for the Chargers. However, San Diego elected to sign James Jones to a one-year deal instead.

Moore, 32, spent the first nine years of his NFL career with the New Orleans Saints before he joined the Steelers as a free agent back in 2014. Unfortunately for Moore, he was released by Pittsburgh in March of last year before later signing a one-year contract with the Lions.

In 2015, Moore caught 29 passes for 337 yards receiving and four touchdowns over the course of 14 games.
