Florida CB C.J. Henderson Had Virtual Meeting With Falcons

According to Vaughn McClure of ESPN, Florida CB C.J. Henderson has a video interview with the Falcons last week.

The Falcons are clearly a team to watch for cornerbacks after they made the decision to release Desmond Trufant last month.

In fact, there’s even been some recent reporting that the Falcons could be considering a trade up the board for a player like Henderson, who is seen as a potential top-10 prospect, according to some draft experts.

Henderson recently met with the Cowboys.

Henderson, 21, is considered to be one of the top cornerback prospects in this year’s draft class and should end up being a first-round pick when all is said and done.

Dane Brugler has Henderson rated as his No. 24 overall prospect.

During his college career at Florida, Henderson appeared in 30 games during his three years at Florida, recording 93 tackles, four sacks, six interceptions, two forced fumbles, and two touchdowns over the course of three seasons.
