Giants Give Terrell Thomas A Four-Year Deal Worth $28 Million

Mike Garafolo of theย Newark Star-Ledgerย reports that the Giants gaveย CBย Terrell Thomasย a four-year deal worth $28 million andย includes $11 million in guarantees.

So much for Thomas getting a modest deal from the Giants. That’s way more than I would have expected considering that he’s had two serious ACL injuries and missed the entire 2011 season.

ESPN’s Adam Schefterย reports that the New Yorkย Giants have re-signed CB Terrell Thomas to an undisclosed contract.

Thomas most likely received a low salary that includes plenty of incentives considering that the missed the entire 2011 season after tearing his ACL for the second time in his career. The Giants are hoping that he’ll be ready for training camp but he’s yet to resume running.
