The New York Giants have signed Saquon Barkley to a four-year rookie contract, according to Ian Rapoport.
The Giants have all but one draft pick under contract:

Barkley, 21, was taken with the No. 2 overall pick in this year’s NFL Draft by the Giants. According to OverTheCap.com, Barkley receives a four-year, $31,321,752 contract that includes a $20,859,456 signing bonus.
The contract includes a fifth-year option for the Giants to pick up in 2021.
During his four-year college career, Barkley recorded 671 rushing attempts for 3,843 yards (5.7 YPC) and 43 touchdowns to go along with 102 receptions for 1,195 yards receiving (11.7 YPC) and eight touchdowns.
