According to the Jersey Journal, Jets LB Dylan Donahue was arrested early Monday morning after causing a wrong-way crash at the Lincoln Tunnel.
A Port Authority police officer said he saw Donahue drive around traffic cones and into the center tunnel against traffic and crash into a jitney bus that had 15 people on board.
The crash left four bus passengers with minor injuries.
Donahue was arrested charged with DWI and reckless driving.
Donahue, 25, was taken in the fifth-round of last year’s NFL draft by the Jets. He signed a four-year, $2.6 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $555,000 for the 2018 season.
In 2017, Donahue appeared in four games for the Jets and recorded five tackles before he was place don injured reserve with an elbow injury.
