Jets Place Third-Round Pick CB Dexter McDougle On Season-Ending IR

The New York Jets announced that they have placed third-round pick CB Dexter McDougle on season-ending injured reserve Wednesday.

McDougle unfortunately suffered a torn ACL during a practice a few weeks ago, so this move was expected to be made at some point before roster cuts are due.

The Jets currently have Dee Milliner and Dimitri Patterson listed as their starting cornerbacks with Kyle Wilson and Ellis Lankster as their backups.

During his four-years at Maryland, McDougle recorded 151 tackles, six interceptions, 19 passes defenses, one forced fumble and a recovery.
