Jets Cut 12 Players Including WR T.J. Graham & CB Javier Arenas

Update:

The New York Jets have announced the release of 12 players on Sunday as they work to get their roster down to 75 players by Tuesday.

Here are the 12 players that have been either released or waived:

Graham, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Bills back in 2012. However, he lasted just two years with the team before Buffalo placed him on waivers.

The Tennessee Titans later claimed him off of waivers, but he was once again cut a few days. Graham caught on with the Jets in September of last year and had one year remaining on his contract.

Last year, he appeared in 12 games and caught three passes for 87 yards receiving and one touchdown.

Arenas, 27, was selected by the Chiefs in the second-round of the 2010 NFL Draft. He spent his first three years in the league with the Chiefs before signing a one-year contract with Arizona in 2013.

The Falcons later signed him to a contract in March of last year before the Jets signed him to a contract a few weeks ago.

In 2014, Arenas appeared in all 6 games and totaled nine tackles and one pass defense.
