The Detroit Lions have claimed WR Chris Lacy off of waivers from the Patriots on Monday, according to Aaron Wilson.
Lacy, 22, wound up signing on with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma State following this year’s draft. New England waived Lacy last week to make room for G Jason King.
During his four-year college career at Oklahoma State, Lacy caught 63 passes for 920 yards receiving and five touchdowns over the course of 32 games. He also totaled 97 kick return yards.
