Lions Sign CB Quandre Diggs To Three-Year, $20.4M Extension

Ian Rapoport reports that the Lions have signed CB Quandre Diggs to a three-year, $20.4 million contract extension on Monday.

Diggs, 25, is a former sixth-round pick of the Lions back in 2015. He was entering the final year of his four-year, $2.395 million contract and in line to be an unrestricted free agent in 2019.

In 2017, Diggs appeared in all 16 games for the Lions and recorded 55 tackles, one sack, three interceptions, a forced fumble and nine pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 88 cornerback out of 120 qualifying players.
