The Detroit Lions have signed first-round CB Jeff Okudah to his rookie contract, according to Ian Rapoport.
With Okudah in the fold, the Lions have now signed all but one of their draft picks to rookie contracts:

Okudah, 21, started one season at Ohio State and earned All-American honors last season. The Lions used the No. 3 overall pick in this year’s draft on him.
Okudah is projected to sign a four-year, $33,528,542 rookie contract that includes a $21,944,394 signing bonus.
The contract includes a fifth-year for the Lions to pick up for the 2024 season.
During his three-year college career, Okudah recorded 83 total tackles, one tackle for loss, three interceptions, 18 pass defenses, two fumble recoveries, and one forced fumble.
