With Okudah in the fold, the Lions have now signed all but one of their draft picks to rookie contracts:
Okudah, 21, started one season at Ohio State and earned All-American honors last season. The Lions used the No. 3 overall pick in this year’s draft on him.
Okudah is projected to sign a four-year, $33,528,542 rookie contract that includes a $21,944,394 signing bonus.
The contract includes a fifth-year for the Lions to pick up for the 2024 season.
During his three-year college career, Okudah recorded 83 total tackles, one tackle for loss, three interceptions, 18 pass defenses, two fumble recoveries, and one forced fumble.
