The Lions announced Monday they have signed RB Justin Stockton to the active roster, waiving WR Deontez Alexander in a corresponding move.

Stockton, 24, signed with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Texas Tech in 2018. He was waived by Seattle at the conclusion of the preseason, however.
Stockton caught on late in the year with the Lions practice squad before being released to start 2019. The Lions brought him back earlier this month before releasing him again.
Stockton has yet to appear in an NFL game.
During his four-year college career, Stockton ran 294 times for 1714 yards (5.8 ypc) and 14 touchdowns, adding 82 receptions for 872 yards and 10 touchdowns in 47 games.
