Mitchell Trubisky Has Dislocated Left Shoulder, Unlikely To Play Next Week

According to Adam Schefter, Bears QB Mitchell Trubisky has a dislocated left shoulder and a slight tear in his labrum.

However, Trubisky does not need surgery and should be back โ€œsooner rather than later.โ€ He will travel with the team next week to London but is unlikely to play against the Raiders.

Trubisky initially suffered the injury in the first quarter of Sundayโ€™s game against the Vikings.

Trubisky, 25, is a former first-round pick of the Bears back in 2017. Heโ€™s in the third year of his four-year, $29 million contract that included a $19.17 million signing bonus and set to make base salaries of $152,156 and $2.21 million over the next two years.

The contract includes a fifth-year option for the Bears to pick up in 2020.

Entering Sundayโ€™s game, Trubisky had appeared in three games for the Bears and completed 65 percent of his passes for 579 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions.

Weโ€™ll have more regarding Trubisky as the news is available.
