NFL Notes: Chiefs, Falcons, Rams, & Seahawks

Chiefs

• Chiefs HC Andy Reid told reporters on Sunday that Doug Pederson’s successor as offensive coordinator is already on their coaching staff. (Randy Covitz)
• Reid added that he doesn’t expect Pederson to take any of the team’s assistants to Philadelphia. (Randy Covitz)

Falcons

• Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reports that the Falcons have parted ways with director of player personnel Lionel Vita.

Rams

• Paul Kuharsky mentions that Jason Michael is expected to land a TE coaching job with the Rams.

Seahawks

• Sheil Kapadia of ESPN writes that as long as the Seahawks are confident with Thomas Rawls being their lead running back next season, Marshawn Lynch‘s career in Seattle is likely over.
• Kapadia lists LT Russell Okung, G J.R. Sweezy, WR Jermaine Kearse, DT Brandon Mebane, DT Ahtyba Rubin and LB Bruce Irvin as free agents the Seahawks will need to decide on in the coming months.
• Kapadia doesn’t rule out the possibility of the Seahawks moving on from Jimmy Graham if they feel they could use the money saved elsewhere on their on roster.
