NFL Notes: 49ers, Chiefs, Lions, Texans & Titans

49ers

• It appeared as though the 49ers could active NT Glenn Dorsey from the short-term injured reserve list, but the team has yet do so, according to Matt Barrows.

Chiefs

• Adam Teicher of ESPN expects rookie WR Albert Wilson to play in Sunday’s game due to A.J. Jenkins and Donnie Avery dealing with injuries.

Lions

• RB Reggie Bush is not expected to play on Sunday due to an ankle injury he sustained in Week 10. (Ed Werder)
• WR T.J. Jones will return to practice next week after missing over five months due to nerve pain in his arm. (Kyle Meinke)

Texans

• RB Alfred Blue will start in Week 11 due to Arian Foster being out with an groin injury.

Titans

• TE Delanie Walker, RB Dexter McCluster and CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson were limited in Saturday’s practice and are listed as questionable for Monday Night’s game. (John Glennon)
