Adrian Peterson

• Ian Rapoport mentions that the Vikings believe the climate has changed for Adrian Peterson to return as sponsors like Radisson Hotels and Pepsi have either returned as partners or want to return.
• Minnesota reportedly believes the public will welcome Peterson once he’s cleared, according to Rapoport. 

Chiefs

• Daniel Jeremiah tosses out Chiefs OC Doug Pederson as a sleeper head coach candidate.
• Jeremiah mentions that Pederson is a smart coach that has a lot of support from his players and has worked with some great coaches around the league.

Patriots

• Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald reports that RB Stevan Ridley will undergo surgery Tuesday to repair the torn ACL and MCL in his right knee.

Raiders
