NFL Notes: Broncos, Dolphins, Jets, Packers, & Vikings

Dolphins

• Dolphins CB Chris Culliver said he was told that he will play in Week 10 against the Chargers. (Adam Beasley)

Broncos

• Jason La Canfora gives it two weeks at most before the Broncos turn to rookie QB Paxton Lynch and bench Trevor Siemian. La Canfora mentions that Lynch has too much upside and the team’s offense is too predictable right now.

Jets

• Rich Cimini mentions that LT Ryan Clady‘s time with the Jets is likely over now that New York has placed him on injured reserve.
• Cimini points out that Clady has a 2017 option that will carry a $10 million cap charge, which is likely way too much for them to justify.
• Instead, Cimini expects the Jets to move forward with Ben Ijalana as their left tackle.

Packers

• Packers HC Mike McCarthy indicated Wednesday that RB James Starks and TE Jared Cook could both return for their Week 10 game, depending on how they do in practice this week. (Rob Demovsky)
