Broncos

• Steve Wyche of NFL Media reports that Broncos QB Trevor Siemian is still dealing with “serious discomfort” in his non-throwing shoulder.

Giants

• Art Stapleton reports that Giants WR Victor Cruz (ankle) will not play in Monday night’s game against the Bengals, as they plan to be cautious with him.

Saints

• Field Yates reports that Saints DT Nick Fairley earned a $250,000 bonus on Sunday for recording his fourth sack of the season.

Rams

Rams HC Jeff Fisher was asked after Sunday’s game why the team has struggled to score touchdowns this season.

“I don’t believe it’s the quarterback play,” Fisher said, via ESPN.com. “I think it’s collectively.”

Fisher was also asked about possibly turning to No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff at some point in the near future and benching Case Keenum.

“It’s always a possibility when his time comes,” Fisher said. “But I thought Case did a nice job.”

Titans

• Adam Caplan reports that Titans RB DeMarco Murray (toe) had pain when pushing off on his injured toe during last week’s game.
• Titans LT Taylor Lewan was ejected from Sunday’s game, which is the second time he’s tossed from a game this year.
