Buccaneers

• OC Jeff Tedford did not travel with the team to Atlanta, which means QBs coach Mark Arroyo will call plays for third straight game. (Chris Mortensen)

• WR T.Y. Hilton (groin) was put in a “full” practice on Thursday.

Jaguars

• RB Toby Gerhart (ankle) returned to Jaguars practice on Thursday and put in a limited workout. (John Oehser)
• WR Cecil Shorts (hamstring) put in a limited practice on Thursday. (Ryan O’Halloran)
• WR Allen Hurns (ankle) did not practice on Thursday. (John Oehser)

Packers

• DL B.J. Raji underwent surgery to repair a bicep tendon that needed to be reattached. He’ll require 6-9 months to recover. (Paul Imig)

Panthers

• RB DeAngelo Williams (thigh) missed another practice on Thursday. (Joe Person)
• HC Ron Rivera told reporters that Williams was able to do a “lot of work on the side.” (Joe Person)

Raiders

• RB Maurice Jones-Drew (hand surgery) returned to practice on Thursday. (Vic Tafur)

Redskins

• The Redskins reportedly elected QB Kirk Cousins as their alternate union rep, which Albert Breer mentions is a “good sign he’s got the locker room’s respect.“
