Cardinals
Cardinals GM Steve Keim mentioned during an interview withย Doug & Wolf ofย 98.7 FM Arizonaโs Sports that they’re hoping to get LT D.J. Humphries and G Mike Iupati back in Week 4.ย
โFortunately for us, I think weโre going to be getting a few players back, and back this week,โ Keim said, via ArizonaSports.com. โIโd like to think D.J. Humphries will return this week. I think thereโs a good chance Mike Iupati can potentially return this week, so thereโs two offensive line starters.โ
Keim added that they’re hoping the pectoralย strain suffered by G Alex Boone won’t be a major issue for him.
โHe has some type of a (pectoral) strain. I donโt know the extent of it, but I know he has to get an MRI,โ Keim said. โThe one thing I know about Alex in the short time heโs been here is heโs extremely tough. Heโs the kind of guy who will play through pain and you know, I think it would have to be pretty severe for him to miss time.โ
