Los Angeles

• Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the NFL has set an owners meeting for August 11 to further discuss teams relocating to Los Angeles.
• According to Rapoport, the meeting will focus on the progress of stadium deals in home markets such as Oakland, San Diego, and St. Louis.
• Rapoport adds that no major news is expected to come out of this meeting, but the league reportedly believes there needed to be an update between May and October regarding the subject.

Buccaneers

• Buccaneers veteran WR Vincent Jackson says that No. 1 overall pick QB Jameis Winston has “done well” with everything they’ve thrown at him. (Jeff Darlington)

Cardinals

• According to Cardinals HC Bruce Arians, OL Earl Watford could be in the mix to start at right tackle along with Bobby Massie and first-round pick D.J. Humphries. (Mike Jurecki)
