Eagles

• Eagles signed fifth-round rookie RB Wendell Smallwood to a four-year deal worth up to $2.823 million and includes a $253,184 signing bonus. (Aaron Wilson)

Lions

• Lions have signed fifth-round rookie LB Antione Williams to a four-year deal. (Dave Birkett)

Rams

• Rams’ fourth-round rookie TE Tyler Higbee pleaded not guilty to felony assault charges in Kentucky and will have his next court date on June 17. (Nick Wagoner)
• According to Wagoner, Higbee is expected to attend the Rams’ rookie orientation this weekend.
• Rams announced that San Diego State LS Jeff Overbaugh and Central Florida WR J.J. Worton will attend the team’s rookie minicamp on a tryout basis, per Jim Thomas.

Ravens

• Ravens signed fifth-round rookie DE Matt Judon to a four-year contract worth $2.595 million and includes a $255,736 signing bonus. (Aaron Wilson)
