NFL Rumors: Tony Romo, Broncos, Cardinals, Jets, Ravens, Titans

Tony Romo & Broncos

• Josina Anderson reports that the Broncos haven’t had a formal meeting altogether to discuss Tony Romo internally, at this time.
• Some within the Broncos tells Anderson that this is a “non-story” until Romo is released and they have a better idea of “what he is looking for from his new team.“
• Anderson adds that the Broncos would have to weigh a Romo decision “very diligently” for a quarterback who is going to be 37 years old soon.
• In fact, Anderson says that she wouldn’t be surprised if Romo had to work out

Cardinals 

• According to Kyle Odegard, the Cardinals will not tender contracts to restricted free agents K Chandler Catanzaro and TE Darren Fells.

Jets

• Connor Hughes reports that the Jets haven’t expressed any interest in QB Nick Foles as of now, but this could change in the coming days.

Ravens

• Jason La Canfora mentions that even if the Ravens bring back WR Torrey Smith, it doesn’t mean they will be parting ways with WR Mike Wallace. La Canfora says they could easily keep both players.

Titans

• Terry McCormick of Titan Insider reports the Titans have interest in free agent LB Dont’a Hightower along with CB A.J. Bouye, which has been previously reported.
• McCormick also reports that the Titans are still working to retain free agent TE Anthony Fasano, but nothing is considered imminent at this time.
