Packers FB Joe Kerridge officially signed his exclusive rights tender on Wednesday.
Kerridge, 24, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Redskins as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan back in May. He was, unfortunately, unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason. Kerridge had a brief stint on Washington’s practice squad.
The Packers signed him to their practice squad during the season before later promoting him to their active roster in November.
During his college career, Kerridge ran for 121 yards on 18 carries (6.7 YPC) to go along with 17 receptions for 123 yards receiving and one total touchdown.
In 2016, Kerridge appeared in eight games for the Packers and received one carry for no yards rushing.
