The Green Bay Packers officially signed LS Derek Hart to a contract on Friday.
The Packers currently have Taybor Pepper on their roster at long snapper, so they’re obviously looking to add some competition for this summer.
Hart wound up going undrafted out of James Madison back in 2015 and this will be his first opportunity with an NFL team.
During his four-year college career, Hart appeared in 43 games and even caught three passes for 53 yards receiving and no touchdowns. He also added three tackles on special teams.
