During his college career at Utah State, Moala recorded 58 tackles, 14 tackles for a loss, five sacks, two forced fumbles, and two pass defenses.
Beltre, 26, signed on with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Towson back in May of 2013. He had a brief stint with the Raiders the next season before venturing to the CFL for the next three years.
He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
During his three years with the Calgary Stampeders, Beltre recorded 27 tackles, three sacks, and one forced fumble.
