Packers Worked Out Former Redskins RB Lache Seastrunk

Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Packers brought in former Redskins RB Lache Seastrunk on Monday.

Seastrunk was among the Redskins’ final roster cuts last a little over a week ago as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.

Many felt as though Washington could sign him to their practice squad, but this is the first reported interest since he was placed on waivers.

Seastrunk was a five-star recruit coming out of high school, but he would later transfer to Baylor. He produced 2,189 yards rushing on 289 carries (7.57 YPC) and 18 TDs for the Bears over the course of two years.
