Panthers Promote WR Mose Frazier To Active Roster

The Carolina Panthers announced Friday that they’ve promoted WR Mose Frazier to their active roster.

Frazier, 24, originally signed on with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Memphis back in May of last year. He was unfortunately among the team’s final roster cuts as they trimmed down to the 53-man limit but later signed on to the Broncos’ practice squad.

Frazier had brief stints on the Bills and 49ers’ practice squads last year.

The Panthers signed Frazier to a future/reserve contract this past January only to waive him coming out of the preseason and later sign him to their practice squad.

During his college career at Memphis, Frazier caught 135 passes for 1,599 yards receiving and eight touchdowns to go along with 203 yards rushing and two touchdowns over the course of 34 games.
