The New England Patriots have signed TEย Austin Traylorย and G Chase Farris to their practice squad on Tuesday, according to Mike Reiss.
The Patriots will need to make a roster move in order to free up one more spot for their two new additions.
Traylor, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Wisconsin. He was unfortunately waived during the team’s final roster cuts before later being added to their practice squad.
Dallas elected to cut Traylor loose a few weeks into the regular season. The Chargers later signed him to their practice squad before placing him on waivers close to a month ago.
During his college career at Wisconsin, Traylor caught 17 passes for 234 yards receiving and four touchdowns.
