The New England Patriots officially signed WR Gunner Olszewski to a contract on Thursday.
Olszewski wound up going undrafted out of Bemidji State last month. He took part in the Patriots’ rookie minicamp on a tryout basis, so he was on the team’s radar as a potential addition.
During his college career, Olszewski actually played cornerback and recorded 310 tackles, one sack, 13 interceptions, and two defensive touchdowns over the course of four seasons and 42 games.
