The New England Patriots announced Sunday that they’ve signed WR K.J. Maye to a contract.
Maye, 23, originally signed on with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Minnesota back in May of last year. He lasted just a few months in New York before signing to the Titans’ practice squad.
Tennessee brought him back on a future/reserve contract this past January before cutting him loose a few weeks after this year’s draft.
During his college career, Maye caught 107 passes for 1,190 yards receiving and six touchdowns. He added another 266 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
