Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports that the Patriots are waiving rookie WR Chris Lacy on Friday.
Lacy, 22, wound up signing on with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma State following this year’s draft.
During his four-year college career at Oklahoma State, Lacy caught 63 passes for 920 yards receiving and five touchdowns over the course of 32 games. He also totaled 97 kick return yards.
