Hall, 25, was selected in the second round of by the Raiders out of Sam Houston State in 2018. According to OverTheCap.com, he received a four-year, $4,713,470 contract that included a $1,507,976 signing bonus.
In 2019, Hall appeared in all 16 games for the Raiders and recorded 26 total tackles, five tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks.
