49ers DE Tank Carradine Schedules Visits With Raiders & Seahawks

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Raiders are hosting 49ers free agent DE Tank Carradine for a visit on Thursday.

  • According to Matt Barrows, Carradine also has a visit lined up with the Seahawks if he doesn’t sign with the Raiders.

This is the first reported interest in him since the free agent market officially opened.

Carradine, 28, is a former second-round pick of the 49ers back in 2013. He was in the final year of his four-year, $4.948 million rookie contract when he and San Francisco agreed to a one-year contract extension before the start of the 2016 season.

Carradine made a base salary of $1.1 million in 2017 and is now testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent for the first time in his career.

In 2017, Carradine appeared in eight games and recorded 19 tackles and 1.5 sacks.
